For this task I had to write about if I would like to be in a waka ama race one day and write why or why not.
I would like to be in a waka ama race because I could learn more about waka ama racing and learn more about how to use a waka in the water and I would be able to start knowing what to do in a waka ama race.

How great that you would like to be in a Waka Ama race! It would be a lot of fun I think, and it would definitely help you understand more about Waka Ama.
You would need to do a lot of practicing before you could be in a Waka Ama race. What sorts of things do you think you'd need to practice?
I think that being in a kayak or canoe would be similar to being in a Waka. Have you ever been in a kayak?
