Winne Mandela | Activist

The past few weeks we have been working on activist, Before we started our task we had been learning about Mahatma Ghandi. We were learning about how Mahatma Ghandi was peaceful, We also talked a little bit about Nelson Mandela. Before we started talking about Mahatma Ghandi, We had to split our old group for war up into 2 and 3. Our task for this week was to find a peaceful activist, We had to find out that persons past life, We also had to find history about that person and write about that persons philosphy and Biography. The peacful activist Me, Bella & Liane had choosen was Winnie Mandela. Winne Mandela is a female activist who is a south african activist.


Before we started our DLO we created a google document for all the notes and things we found out about her. After we found out facts about Winnie Mandela we had to create the DLO and write some facts about Winnie Mandela, After we finished our DLO we had to practice and write something using the speaker notes. When We finished with our speaker notes, We had been praticing the notes for presenting our presentation to the class. This last week we were presenting our presentations about our activist, If you dont know anything about Winnie Mandela here is a fact about her. Winnie Mandela was married to Nelson Mandela, Winnie Mandela also died on April the 2nd 2018 and Nelson Mandela died on the 5th of december 2013. Winnie Mandela was the second wife to Nelson Mandela, Nelson Mandela's first wife was Evelyn Mase.
