Kiwi Can

This week for kiwi can we talked about what we focused on for last week, We have a new theme which is Co-operation. I think co-operation is like when you work colabrativly together with either groups, teams, pears or partners.

The first game we played was called A's and B's, In this game we choose one person to be our B or A. The person you choose can't know if you have choosen them to be either your a or b, In this game someone is choosen to choose a action for example - Hop. If I said hop you would have to hop until I change the action.

For the next game which was Magic Shoes we were split into groups, In this game one person is choosen to have the magic shoes. The person with the magic shoes has to make sure the person with no magic shoes can get across to the other side with out having to walk. When the person with no magic shoes gets to the other side they have magic shoes and they have the job to get people across the other side.

This week in kiwi can we played two games, In the first game we played tug of war. In this game we were split into four groups, Each group had a person to go have a turn to play the game tug of war. To play this game you will need a hola hoop and four cones for four groups of people. Also the groups must have equal people, The cones were used to touch to show you have got a point - ( If you do touch  - the cone you get a point). This is how you play tug of war game.

This week is the final week of kiwi can, We played three games this week because it was the final week of kiwi can. 5 second tag - The first game we played was 5 second tag, The next game we played was invisble tag and the last game we played was octopus.In the game 5 seconds you have are picked to be the tagger, In this game you have to tag people for five seconds, also if you are tagged then you are out which means you have to stop playing the game and sit out.

Invisable tag - In the next game you have to have a group of equal people, Then you have to move to an open area outside and make a line on two sides of the area you will play in. Then we had to have someone to call out the amount of people that will run, Who ever is picked to run has to get the pretend ball off the group that they arn't in.  When your playing this game the rule is - Not to tag back the person who tagged you. Octopus - In this game you have to pick two people to tag the runners, The taggers can also call out the people who have to run or you could choose someone to be the caller. In this game you have to listen to who is called to run out, In this game you also need a space to run around in. The rules in this game is to not cheat, which means not to run if you have been tagged and if you are you have to sit in the spot you were in and also try tag the runners that are left.

This week for kiwi can we played two games, Snake & tic tac toe. To play tic tac toe you need eight chairs and a group of five or six, Then name your group and the name of our group was IDK also known as (I Dont Know). In this game we have to line up in front of the chairs, We were only aloud to sit on a chair when Mr Matt says GO! but the person at the front had to go first. If everybody in your group is lined either cross ways, Straight and in lines.

For the next game we played Snake, To play snake you will need one person to be the snake and the other people had to watch out for the snake. In this game the snake had to touch the people that arent snakes, If the human's that arent snakes get touched they have to become a snake too which means they will have to tag people too and make the humans becoame snakes. 

There is no cheating which means if you get touched you have to make sure you are a snake and not pretending that you weren't touched, You can jump over the snakes and go around things also the people in my class who were playing were standing on things and I think that is cheating. The last person standing is the winner.

This week for kiwi can we played two games, The games we played were Hand Ball and Hand Soccer.
These games both included Balls, To play these games you must have more than one player to play.

For the first game which was Hand ball we had to get into a circle, Then We had to have our strogest hand out and the weak hand behind our back.

During this game you must have your legs a part and make sure your feet are touching the two people's beside you. In this game you can push the ball in between anybodys legs, If the ball goes through your legs that means you have to sit down out of the circle.

For the next game we played Hand Soccer, To play this game you will need a ball and more than one person. Put the people you have into equal groups or play this game one on one.

When your playing this game you can use two hands but one at a time, Which means you cant use two hands at the same time and your also not allowed to kick the ball beacuse that would be cheating.

This week for our points we got 23, The last few terms we havent won anything like how group A has which means we have to work harder and beat group A this term.

This week for kiwi can we played two games, The first game we played was called remoat and the second game we played was called invisible touch.

Remoat - To play this game you have to pretend there is a remoat, In this game there are these buttons - Play, Rewind , Fastfoward, pause and stop. These buttons mean - Play means you have to walk around normally, Rewind means you have to walk backwards, Fastfoward means you have to walk faster, Pause means you have to jump and stay still until you are told to do something else and lastly stop means you have to lie on the ground. For example - Pause stay still until your told to do anouther move from the remoat.

Invisible Touch - To play this game there is a pretend ball, in this game there is two teams 1 and 2, number people off into equal groups. Call a number that is in the team, For example - imagine having two groups of 12, Call the number five and the first five should run. Call out a name of a person and that person will have the pretend ball.

This week for Kiwi can we played two games, During kiwi can we talked about the rules in school and we also talked about things we should be able to have or do during school. This week for kiwi can our topic this term/week is Resepect, We also had talked about Respect in school and class. Respect is something we should have for people,Things or belongings and other things that should be looked after/Taken care of. Respect is also something we should have for somebodys belonings.

Game 1: In game number one you must have a ball, A number of equal people and you also have to get into a circle. To play this game first get into a circle, Then number the people off 1,2.3 & 4 and then put a ball in the middle of the circle of people. During playing this game you have to have someone to call out the numbers, During the numbers are called the people who have that number have to run around the circle and then back to where they were standing to get the ball. Whoever gets the ball first is the winner. This is how you play this game.

Game 2: In this game you must have these things : Pencil/Pen, Paper groups of people in four or an equal number of people. To play this game first make a drawen table on your peice of paper, Then write down these six catgories : Boys name, Girls name, Food, Colour & total. In this game you will need someone to call out the letter, Then write down the things starting with that letter. For example B -
Boys name - Brian, Girls name - Brriana, Food - Bannanas & Colour - Blue. If you get the same names/words you get five points and if you get a diffrent name/word to the other groups of people you get ten points. Lastly add up how much points you got and see who won. This is how you play this game.

Before Kiwi Can: Before Kiwi Can we had a vote, We were asked to say a diffrent amount of games one by one, Here are the most wanted games were - Octopus, Invisible tag & Shark attack ( We didn't play shark attack).

Invisable Tag: For invisable tag you have to be split up into two equal groups, The teacher had to call out a number and if your apart of the number you have to run with your teamates. In this game the teacher calls out who has the ball, In this game you have to tag who ever has the ball and the rule is not to tag the person who tagged you and this is how you play.

Octopus: For this game there are either one tagger or three tagers, In this game everybody has to run only if you were wearing something or you have something and also taggers get to say who has to run. In this game the taggers call out people to run, The taggers have to tag the people who are running and if you get tagged you are stuck and have to tag other people without moving to a diffrent space.
